Protection of intellectual property

Although no formalities are required to hold a copyright, certain actions may be useful as they demonstrate the date on which your creation came into being. This means that, in the event of a dispute over plagiarism, you can prove that your work was there first.

For other rights, such as trade marks (and, with one exception, designs), registration is required.

Each intellectual property right therefore has specific conditions and its own protection regime. We help you to identify the right protection for your creations and then guide you through the appropriate procedures to obtain or strengthen that protection. We also develop the right strategy and course of action in the event that someone infringes your rights.
